Mr Anukool Bhatnagar, joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in Oct 1985. He superannuated from SBI in June 2022, after a career spanning 37 years as Chief General Manager and Head of SBI's Chandigarh Circle, one of its largest operational units. Prior to this assignment,he was on deputation to SBI's International Banking Group and served as MD & CEO of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd ,a listed Pvt. Bank in Nepal,for 5 years , from 2015 to 2020.
Mr Bhatnagar has extensive experience in the BFSI sector, specially in the areas of Board level activities, Retail operations, Credit , International Trade , Financial Inclusion, Planning & Strategy , Policy formulation, Risk and Compliance
Currently Mr Bhatnagar is a Managing Partner at Comprehensive Financial Assets and Advisory Services LLP, since November 2022.
Mr Bhatnagar is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and has a BSc and a MA degree.He is also actively associated with several Business and Trade Associations and Chambers.
He is interested in SDG ,Climate issues, Youth affairs, and is fond of Art, Culture and travelling.
Mr Bhatnagar has lived and worked in more than 15 Indian States/UTs and has extensively travelled across the world.
Umesh Kumar Sharma embarked on his professional journey with the State Bank of India in October 1985, initially serving as a Probationary Officer. Over the course of his tenure until 2016, he assumed various roles nationwide, including Regional Manager, Deputy General Manager in Lucknow, Chief Financial Officer for SBI in the Lucknow Circle, and leading the High-Value Stress Assets Resolution unit in New Delhi.
Transitioning to a key role in shaping India's financial landscape, Mr. Sharma joined The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on its inception date, October 1, 2016, operating under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. His substantial contributions to the Board spanned across departments such as Inspection, Insolvency Professionals (IP), and Registered Valuers. Culminating his journey, he superannuated as the Chief General Manager, overseeing Adjudication and Legal Affairs, marking a diverse career devoted to the financial sector.
In addition to his financial endeavors, Mr. Sharma actively engages in grassroots development with SANKALP SOCIETY, serving as an advisor. His focus lies on enhancing digital and financial literacy, establishing C-kid Centres to address learning gaps in language and arithmetic skills in primary school children particularly within the Sahariya tribal population in the tribal belt of Baran district, Shahabad, and Kishanganj blocks.
Mr. Rajkumar is a seasoned banking professional with over four decades of experience. Commencing his illustrious career as a Probationary Officer at the State Bank of India in 1981, he honed his skills across diverse areas, including International Banking, Retail, and MSME Advances. Progressing through the ranks, he later spearheaded the Processing, Sanction, and Conduct of significant Corporate Advances at the IFB, New Delhi branch.
His tenure at the Bank’s Stressed Asset Management Group deepened his expertise in Restructuring and Resolution of Stressed Assets, showcasing his proficiency in navigating challenging financial landscapes. Following his retirement from the banking sector, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at a Stressed Asset Resolution Company, contributing to the resolution of Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) under the SARFEISI Act of 2002. Additionally, he successfully led a substantial Manpower Company with a workforce exceeding ten thousand.
With a wealth of experience in managing both favorable and challenging financial portfolios within and beyond the banking realm, Mr. Kumar stands as an invaluable advisor. His insights are particularly instrumental in the sanction and conduct of new loans, as well as the revival or resolution of distressed companies, making him an ideal consultant for comprehensive financial guidance.
Zahir Mohmmed Khan, having commenced his career with the Indian Audit and Accounts Department (IA&AD) under the C&AG of India on August 5, 1978, culminated his dedicated service as a Senior Audit Officer, Class A, on April 30, 2017. Since November 20, 2017, he has been contributing his expertise as a Consultant at Ernst and Young LLP (E&Y LLP), engaging in sub-contracting and fostering business relations. His focus revolves around World Bank projects associated with the Government of Rajasthan, specifically enhancing departments overseen by the Director of Inspection (of state government entities) and the Director of Local Fund Audit. Noteworthy institutions covered include Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs), Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Raj Housing Board, Development Authorities, Agriculture Marketing Board, and various societies.
During his tenure at IA&AD, Mr. Khan adeptly handled administrative, audit, accounts, and capacity-building responsibilities, including organizing workshops for both inter and intra-State Governments. His primary areas of expertise encompassed the preparation of Annual Administrative Reports and CAG Audit Reports on local bodies (PRIs & ULBs) and State Finances of the Government of Rajasthan. This included a meticulous examination of the Annual Appropriation and Finances Accounts of the State Government.
As a Consultant, Mr. Khan's services extend in the field of Analysis, Strengthening Plans, Training Needs Analysis, and the development of Manuals and Codes. He also lends his expertise to translation services, incorporating meticulous vetting processes, thereby contributing significantly to the success of the projects he engages with.
